Red Rockin in the Free World

I went up to visit the guys at Redrock Micro today. They were kind enough to slap my Canon HG10 on the rig so I could test it out with my camera. I’m quite pleased with the results. Keep in mind I had no measurements and no external monitor, so the focus is a little buzzy, even when it’s supposed to be in focus. The compression artifacts are partly from the camera's AVCHD compression, some from the h.264. I didn’t use the “pure” HDMI out.

I was really happy with what I saw, and bought one as soon as I got back to the office.
